Elijah has been sleeping in his crib for the past month or so. But last night he was fighting his sleep so bad, he was up till 130ish. So I laid him next to me, hoping he would fall asleep. I had a huge headache, so I closed my eyes to rest them then opening them to see 4:45am. Elijah next to me staring at me with his eyes saying "okay mom time to eat." So much for him sleeping in his crib last night. I really hope he doesn't think he is falling asleep with mommy again tonight. I would let Elijah sleep with us, but my bed isn't big enough. He rolls around WAY to much.
I don't understand why babies fight sleep. I really don't, I wish I knew. Elijah is taking a nap right now, and of course he fought this nap as well. He cried for a couple of minutes, pulled my hair, earrings and stuck his fingers in my mouth. Then finally he took his bottle of milk and went to sleep. He looks so sweet while he sleeps. I love you Elijah.
Well today is an exciting day! Elijah is getting a brand new car seat! My baby boy is growing so quickly, soon he'll be wanting to drive me around ha.
